Two-step PCR amplification for target DNA across a 96-well plate. Uses Profile A (95°C / 60°C / 72°C, 35 cycles). Total wall-clock time: ~4 hours including setup and teardown.
Compatible with sample plates produced by the standard Sample aliquoting method. Output plates are sealed and routed to the storage hotel for downstream analysis.
